With the Summer fast approaching, it is a good time to review the Village’s curfew ordinance that was amending in 2017. The Village Council enacted the following changes to the Village’s curfew ordinance: 1) amending the definition of “minor” to anyone under 18 years of age; and 2) raising the fine for violation of this ordinance from $50.oo to $100.00. The curfew times remain unchanged at 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Friday & Saturday. If you notice a public works problem or concern in the Village, such as a stormwater issue or streetlight outage, please contact the Village either via phone at (513) 494-2296 or through our website at: https://southlebanonohio.org/citizen-action-line/. If it is a problem that requires immediate attention, such as a water main break or fallen tree in the road, please contact the Village immediately at (513) 494-2296 during regular hours or Warren County Dispatch at (513) 695-2525 after hours. The Village appreciates your assistance in identifying and reporting any public works issues or problems so that they can be addressed appropriately.
Within the Village of South Lebanon, the keeping of livestock and poultry is only permitted under the following conditions:
