VILLAGE OF SOUTH LEBANON SPECIAL MEETING
The South Lebanon Village will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, March 12, 2020, at 6:30 p.m. at the South Lebanon Municipal Building located 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio for the purpose of any and all action necessary for:
- Public hearing at 6:30 p.m. and Ordinance 2020-7, First Reading, approving Zoning Map Amendment to a certain property located at 5484 State Route 48 in the Village of South Lebanon consisting of 4.2255 acres from R-1 (Single Family Residential District) to B-2 (General Business District);
- Public hearing at 6:40 p.m. and Ordinance 2020-8, First Reading, approving Planned Unit Development (PUD) Preliminary Development Plan at 5315 Cochran Road in accordance with Section 15.14.15 of the Village Zoning Regulations;
- Motion to allow Fiscal Officer to send an Amended Certificate to the Warren County Auditor; and
- Emergency Ordinance 2020-9, an ordinance to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the Village of South Lebanon for the period January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
