The South Lebanon Village Council will hold a special meeting on October 26, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. in the Village Council Chambers, 99 N. High Street, South Lebanon, for the following purpose(s):

1. Conduct a public hearing with the respect to the rezoning of 383 S. Main Street from RFP (Residential Flood Plain District) to B-1 (Neighborhood Business District);
2. Act on a resolution approving the final plat for the Wynstead Section 4, Phase A subdivision; and
3. Act  on a resolution approving a development agreement with Grand Communities, Ltd, with respect to the Wynstead Section 4, Phase A subdivision.
