Please be advised that a public hearing will be held by the Village of South Lebanon Planning Commission on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio, 45065, to address the following issue:
Abercrombie & Associates, Inc. (Applicant) on behalf of M/I Homes of Cincinnati has submitted a preliminary development plan (PDP) for the property known as 5315 Cochran Road (19.369 acres, Parcel ID 17-36-100-025-2). The Applicant is proposing to create 42 single family lots on said property which is currently zoned R-3 PUD (Planned Unit Development).
Upon review and recommendation by the Planning Commission, the matter will be forwarded to the Village Council for further action.
The public record is available for inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at the South Lebanon Municipal Building.
