Regular City Council Meeting to be held on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at 6:00 p.m.
The South Lebanon City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Thursday, May 15, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio. The meeting agenda and information will be available by May 13th at 4:30 p.m.
Job Posting – Temporary Laborer
The City of South Lebanon is seeking candidates for the full-time position of Temporary Laborer.
The successful candidate for the TEMPORARY LABORER position must have completed secondary education or equivalent; plus one (1) year of recent documented work experience in general building, labor and vehicle/equipment maintenance and repair as well as street maintenance, construction & traffic painting and signage work.

King Avenue paving to begin on Monday, May 5th
Through a grant through the Warren County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, the entire length of King Avenue will be resurfaced in the upcoming week. The work is scheduled to begin on Monday, May 5th and last for approximately four (4) days. While work is undergoing on the street, residents will need to refrain from parking on King Avenue. City Trash Collection Regulations
Below is a link to City Ordinance 2013-01 which sets the rules for trash collection, as well as setting the penalty for violating said rules. The following is an overview of the ordinance:
- Trash and trash receptacles shall not be set out prior to 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to the day of collection;
- All trash & trash receptacles and recyclables shall be set along the curbside;
- Bedding items, carpeting and other items (see ordinance) shall be completely wrapped in plastic;
- All trash receptacles shall be removed from the curbside by sunset on the day of collection;
- The owner of any multi-tenant structure shall provide proper trash receptacles acceptable to the refuse collector for all tenants; and
- The fine for violating this Ordinance shall be no more $100.00 for each offense, plus court costs. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
