Board of Zoning Appeals Hearing set for Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m.

The City of South Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio 45065.

The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on an application of Kiki Real Estate Holdings LLC for a variance to create two (2) lots from the property at 199 McKinley St. (Parcel# 13-31-154-026) in the City of South Lebanon with the following variances: Lot 1: 1) minimum lot area from 6,000 s.f to 3,888 s,f,; 2) front yard setback from 25’ to 24’; 3) rear yard setback from 30’ to 18’; 4) minimum side yard setback from 6’ to 5’; & minimum frontage from 60’ to 51.75’. Lot 2; 1) minimum lot area from 6,000 s.f to 3,550 s,f,; 2) front yard setback from 25’ to 10’; 3) rear yard setback from 30’ to 9’.

Information about the hearing is available for review at the City Municipal Building between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
