Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road Reconstruction Phase 1
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road Reconstruction Phase 1 will be received by the Village of South Lebanon at the South Lebanon Municipal Building, 10 N. High Street, South Lebanon, OH 45065, until Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at which time bids received will be publicly opened and read.
In general, the project consists of the complete reconstruction of approximately 2,360′ of Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road from west of the Turtle Creek bridge heading west 2,360 pineal feet. Storm sewer will also be replaced
The free electronic Bidding Documents which include plans and specifications may be obtained by contacting the issuing office of the Village of Souh Lebanon at firstname.lastname@example.org or at (513) 494-2296. Hard copies are available for an additional $20 non-refundable fee. For additional information regarding the project, please visit our website at www.southlebanonohio.org.
The Village will not be responsible for full or partial sets of bidding documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Village of South Lebanon.
Bids must be signed and submitted on the separate bidding forms and sealed in a properly identified envelope.
The bid security shall be furnished in accordance with Instructions to Bidders.
All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor’s Executive Order of 1972, and Governor’s Executive Order 84-9 shall be required.
DOMESTIC STEEL USE REQUIREMENTS AS SPECIFIED IN SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COPIES OF SECTION 153.011 OF THE REVISED CODE CAN BE OBTAINED FROM ANY OF THE OFFICES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES.
Bidder must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Warren County and the Village of South Lebanon, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.
No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual opening thereof.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive irregularities in any Bid, and to accept any Bid which is deemed by Owner to be most favorable to the Owner.
