Residents needing filing assistance may make an appointment with the Tax Department by calling 513-494-2296 Ext 3 or by email at tax@southlebanonohio.org. Appointments are available M-F from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Returns and all required documents may also be placed in the drop box outside the Municipal Building or mailed to us at 10 N.
