Recently, the Village approved the preliminary development plan for the 448-unit multi-family residential development at 1771 Mason-Morrow-Millgrove Road. Below is an animation of the proposed development known as “River Creek Lofts”. Construction on the development is planned to start in 2021. With the Summer fast approaching, it is a good time to review the Village’s curfew ordinance that was amending in 2017. The Village Council enacted the following changes to the Village’s curfew ordinance: 1) amending the definition of “minor” to anyone under 18 years of age; and 2) raising the fine for violation of this ordinance from $50.oo to $100.00. The curfew times remain unchanged at 10:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 12:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. Friday & Saturday.
